CSD's Annual Rafting Trip & BBQ

Friday July 17th or Saturday July 18, HSSDC will travel to Capital Swing Dancer's (CSD) Annual Rafting trip, BBQ, then dance.  Full day of fun!!! We did this last year and the Club had such a good turn-out and such a good time that we made it an annual event.  Full details are below, including directions, how to get tickets by mail, etc...  You can also register and purchase tickets from Jim Ewing - $35 per person to Raft (includes BBQ), $15 for BBQ only.  e-Mal me at the e-Mail address on your lower left (scroll down) or call me at 775-250-3743 to make arrangements locally.

After the Rafting/BBQ we stay and dance at the CSD's monthly dance.  By the end of the day it's time to crash so we stay at the local Holiday Inn, have breakfast together Sunday morning, then return home.  Some of us go down Friday night rather than drive down on Saturday and have dinner-out together.  We absolutely, positively, must have your check for the adventure by July 10th, so we can give CSD a head-count for rafts and food.  After that you can't go unless you buy someone else's ticket who can't go.

Hotel info:  We have a small block of rooms arranged for $89 per night - to get this rate you need to call them and reserve by July 6th.
