Annual
Rafting Trip & BBQ
Saturday
July 19, HSSDC will travel (carpool, caravan) to Capital Swing Dancer's
(CSD) Annual Rafting trip, BBQ, then dance. Full day of fun!!! We did
this last year and the Club had such a good turn-out and such a good
time that they made it an annual event. Full details at

including directions, how to get tickets by mail, etc... You can also
register and purchase tickets from Donna Ewing - $35 per person to Raft
(includes BBQ), $15 for BBQ only.
After the BBQ we stay and dance at the CSD's monthly dance. By the end
of the day it's time to crash so we stay at the local Holiday Inn, have
breakfast together Sunday morning, then return home. Some of us go down
Friday night rather than drive down on Saturday. We absolutely,
positively, must have your check for the adventure by July 11th, so we
can give CSD a head-count for rafts and food.

From
Carson City: Take Hwy 50 going West toward
Sacramento. Take the Sunrise Blvd Exit and turn Right.
Turn Right on California Ave, follow it to where it ends at a
cross street, turn Left. The Park to meet at is on your
immediate left.
From Reno:
Take I80 toward Sacramento. Take the Sunrise Blvd
Exit and turn Left. Stay on Sunrise Blvd about 3-5 miles
turn Left onto California Ave, follow it to where it ends at a
cross street, turn Left. The Park to meet at is on your
immediate left.
