Hi Dancers,

1) I need volunteers for our dance this Saturday night January 19, 2007

at the Fair Oaks Community Center.

2) Yvonne & Jason can teach privates before their one (1) hour

workshop 5:30-6:30. If you are interested please email or call me.

Volunteers Needed:

4-5 - Help Set up with Bart - email him at uptodance@comcast.net

Front Desk Help (I need 2 members at all times):

5-6:00 1)

6-7:00 1)

7-8:00 1)

8-9:00 1)

9-9:30 1) Pack and clean up front registration desk

10:30-11 1) Pack and clean up hall

Bart needs help with the heavy boxes and putting away the stereo

and speakers from 10:30-11 please email him at

uptodance@comcast.net and let me know too!

3) Also please help your club and volunteer at our convention next

month. Bart is also in charge of that. Email him at

4) VOTE: Don't forget to mail in your vote or bring it to our dance

Saturday night for your new board. Either bring your ballot

from your newsletter or pick one up at the front desk and

make sure you VOTE!
