Hello Everyone,

It is that time of the year where we are looking for good help to assist us at the 2007 US Open. This can be a WIN-WIN for both of us.

Here is what we are looking for:

People who enjoy people and make everyone feel welcome.
Those who can understand and follow procedures.
Those who are dependable.
Trustworthy
Willing to work 12 hours.

Here is what you receive:

Weekend pass in Open Seating/SRO, now valued at $160
Special Staff seating in side Sky Box
You can choose to upgrade to a Reserved seat for $50, which would include workshops and Thursday night dance.

If this is something you would enjoy doing, please go to our Website Volunteer Page USOpenSwingdc.com and complete the information form. We will receive your information and start working on the schedule. Those who volunteered earlier receive priority of those signing up later.

We will be working on the schedule and will send a draft out no later than November 15th for your review and commitment.

This is our 25^th Anniversary and we are very excited. As you know, our program has become a collector's item and being in the programs has helped document the history of our dance community. Since none of the competitor's information is pre-released, the attendees are always excited to review their programs from cover to cover.

We invite you to advertise in our 2007 program.

The website has the pricing, sizes available, instructions, and format needed to get you in the program this year. By completing the "information" section, it will start the process and let me know you plan to be in the program. You will get priority and my attention to make sure you get in the program.
